Check-in is fully autonomous. Staff is only on site during the restaurant’s opening hours.
When you make a reservation, you will receive an email — and a text message if you provided your mobile number — to confirm your booking, provide your room number, and explain the check-in procedure. Soon, this process will be replaced by a personalized code to unlock your electronic door.
We remain available for emergencies outside of restaurant hours. For any non-urgent questions or comments, we kindly ask that you contact us the following morning. As we welcome new guests every day, we are unfortunately not able to answer calls at all hours of the day or night.
Please make sure you have received your room number and check-in instructions before your arrival.
Finally, please note that our inn is an independent ancestral establishment, not a hotel chain. As such, 24/7 staffing is not possible. Excessive or unnecessary requests outside of regular hours may result in additional service fees.
