Who are we?
Auberge Les Deux Tours begins a new chapter in 2024. After several years under the care of Lise Laberge and Daniel Bolduc, who poured their passion into creating an authentic, warm, and welcoming experience, the inn has been acquired by Éric Côté and his wife, Anick. With the same dedication to hospitality and genuine connections, they are excited to continue this beautiful adventure, ensuring that every guest feels at home in this charming retreat.
Our head chef, Frédéric Poirier, has been apart of our team for years. He joined the team to bring a touch of French gastronomy to our cuisine. Originally from France, Frédéric gained experience in the restaurant business before deciding to move to the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region to take on new challenges. He is passionate about creative cuisine and uses quality products to offer you refined, tasty dishes.

History of the inn
Our cozy, historic inn, located across from Église Saint-Dominique in the heart of downtown Jonquière, is a magnificent ancestral home built in 1902. With its two towers and wide gallery, it stood out among the concentration of middle-class homes in the area at the time. Over the years, much work has been carried out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while preserving its unique character.
We invite you to take a stroll down rue Sainte-Jeanne-D’Arc, where you’ll find a number of fine bourgeois residences with historic cachet.
